HOME AND GARDEN EXPO OF OKLAHOMA, noon to 8 p.m. July 30; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 31; and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 1, Expo Square, QuikTrip Center, 4145 E. 21st St., Tulsa. This free three-day extravaganza will feature nearly 400 booths with exhibitors from throughout Green Country and the Midwest, displaying and demonstrating the newest and hottest services for home improvement/repairs, remodeling, gardening, landscaping, lawn care, home insulation and energy conservation, home security, home furnishings and so much more. OK FABULOUS FACES BEAUTY PAGEANT, with registration at 6 p.m., pageant at 6:30 p.m. July 30, LaQuinta Inn, Muskogee. To enter send a $20 deposit prior to pageant to avoid late fee. All contestants will receive their registration fee paid towards the state pageant May 13 to 14, 2011, in Oklahoma City. It is judged on facial beauty and personality. There are no attire scores or modeling scores. No pageant experience needed. MOTORCYCLE DINNER RUN, 6:30 p.m. Fridays, weather permitting, Steve’s Tractor, 301 E. Okmulgee Ave. It is open to all people who ride any motorcycle, any age. The group will select a restaurant and ride to it for dinner in the area. Information: 913-1690 or 441-1352.

AUTO RACES, 7:30 p.m. Fridays through September, Outlaw Motor Speedway, U.S. 69 between Checotah and Muskogee on the Wainwright exit. Gate opens at 5 p.m. Cost: $10, adult; and $5, weekend; 6 to 12, $5; 6 and under, free. Muskogee residents can go free on July 30 with water bill with physical address. THUNDERBIRD SPEEDWAY REGULAR POINTS RACE, 8 p.m. Saturday. Grand stands open at 6 p.m. Cost: $8 or $30 pit passes. Cost: $20 family pack includes two adult and two children 10 and over, and free, children under 10. Stadium and lawn chair seating. Concessions are available. Racing sponsored by Shipping Plus.

MUSKOGEE FARMERS’ MARKET, 8 a.m. to noon Wednesdays and Saturdays through October, Muskogee Civic Center Pavilions, Fifth Street and Okmulgee Avenue. The market has Oklahoma-grown fruits, veggies, plants, flowers, herbs and meats; baked goods, handmade crafts, natural body care products and more.

BANKER’S BACK-TO-SCHOOL BLOCK PARTY, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 31, Arrowhead Mall. The biggest family-friendly block party of the summer. Live music and entertainment, balloon artists, face painting and tattoos, video gaming competition, back-to-school fashion show, giveaways, live remotes with Okie Country 101.7 and The Sports Animal 97.1, a helicopter fly-in and more.

BACK TO SCHOOL BIBLE BASH, 5 p.m. Aug. 1, First United Methodist Church. The first 200 children will get free backpacks and school supplies. There will be pizza, games and face painting for the family. The children must be present to receive the school supplies.

FREE HEALTH SCREENING, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Aug. 10 second Tuesday of the month, Kiwanis Senior Citizens Center, 119 Spaulding Blvd. HomeHealth Care of Oklahoma will test blood pressure, blood sugar tests and cholesterol screening once every three months for those members who come regularly. WATERLOOP TRAIL RUN, first event planned to be held annually, 1-mile fun run/walk (5K or 10K) held on the new single track used for running, hiking, or for mountain bike trails in Honor Heights Park. 6 p.m. Aug. 14. On-site registration at 4:30 p.m. Pricing is $25, $5 more for meal, and a $5 late fee after Aug. 1. Commemorative T-shirts, age group and overall awards, and much more. Water cool downs are dubious on the course, so dress to get wet. Proceeds benefit Women Who Care and Women in Safe Home. Information: www.waterloop.net.

CHRISTIAN COFFEEHOUSE, 8 to 11 p.m. Aug. 20, third Friday of the month, Ark of Faith, 401 E. Broadway. It will be Grandbaby Coffeehouse on Aug. 20.
