TINA TURNER TRIBUTE BY STARR FISHER, Sept. 28-30, Nutbush/Brownsville, Tenn. A charter bus will departing the Muskogee Civic Center at 8 a.m. Sept. 28 and will return at 2 p.m. Sept. 30.
