GLASS BEAD JEWELRY CLASS, 9 a.m. Fridays, Kiwanis Senior Citizens Center, 119 Spaulding Blvd. Instructor is Terri Hutson. Sign up for each week by Wednesday. Earring kits are $2.50 each and bracelet kits are $5 each. Call the center by Wednesday to tell the color of beads you would like for your kit. Information: 684-6310.

FREE CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH COURSES, 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fridays for eight weeks, for beginners, Christian Chapel, 4043 Chandler Road. Classes taught by a college Spanish instructor. Tuition is free; however, students are responsible for purchasing their book. Information: 441-6646.

NON-OFFENDING CAREGIVERS’ Sex Abuse Education Class, 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays through Nov. 9. Information and to register for the class, call Kids’ Space, 682-4204.

BELLY DANCE CLASSES, 7:15 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays, Muskogee Swim and Fitness Center. It is free for members, but non-members can pay $5. Instructor: Eve Whitney-Newton.

PARENT UNIVERSITY, presented by Character Council of Muskogee, 7 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 5, Sadler Arts Academy Auditorium. Parent University teaches families how to build a stronger family unit through recognizing, building, and encouraging character. Parent University is open to the public. There is no cost to attend. Activities will be available for children ages 3 and older while parents attend the seminar. It is funded in part by the City of Muskogee Foundation.
