WATER AEROBICS, 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Fort Gibson Pool, 500 S. Ross, Fort Gibson. Cost is $3 drop-in or a reduced price when paid by the semester. Information: Fort Gibson Community Education office, 478-4034.

AQUA CHALLENGE, an ultimate cardio challenge in the water, 6 to 7 p.m. Monday and Thursday, Fort Gibson Pool, 500 S. Ross, Fort Gibson. The class will consist of basic aerobic exercises with the added resistance of water suspension and toning moves. Cost: $3 drop-in or reduced price when paying for the full session. CARDIO BOOTCAMP, 7 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and 6 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. It’s a complete body workout. Cost: $2 drop-in or reduced if paid monthly. Information: Fort Gibson Community Education office, 478-4034. Call for location.

SPINNING INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES, 6:15 to 7 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Muskogee Swim and Fitness Center, 566 N. Sixth St. Information: 681-4733.
