FRISCO DEPOT’S MUSIC EMPORIUM, 10 to 11 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Sept. 4 and Sept. 18, held the first and third Saturdays, Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame, 401 S. Third St. Join Professor Rappe for a fun, silly, hands-on musical adventure. Cost: $5. A child ages 4 to 12 will learn music appreciation, music theory, sing and dance, and do arts and crafts. GUITAR LESSONS with blues musician Selby Minner, 5 to 6 p.m. Thursdays, Muskogee Public Library. Classes begin Sept. 9 and continue for eight weeks. Minner will teach skills such as confidence to perform in front of your peers, working together as a group, decision making and performance skills. CERAMICS WORKSHOP with instructor Barbara Moore, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 25 and Oct. 9, Muskogee Art Guild, 315 Court St. Clay projects will be modeled in the Sept. 25 class, then dried and fired in a kiln. Artists will then return on Oct. 9 for staining and glazing the fired pieces.
