CONCERT FOR HEROES, 7 p.m. Saturday, Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame featuring The Swon Brothers. Tickets are $10 and available at VA Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, or Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame, 401 S. Third St. Veterans are admitted free with military or VA ID, but must have ticket because of limited seating. Proceeds benefit Voluntary Service at Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. DEAN DOWDY AND PAUL MALOY, 7 p.m. Saturdays, Plumb Theatre, Longtown, five and one-half miles east of Eufaula on Oklahoma 9. Maloy is a multi-platinum Country Music songwriter and entertainer, singing traditional country music for more than 50 years. Dowdy of Checotah, a Muskogee business owner, is also a seasoned country music entertainer who jammed and played with Merle Haggard. Cost: $5. Space is limited. CONCERT OF PRAISE with former Elvis Presley backup singer and former member of The Stamps Quartet, Donnie Sumner, 11 a.m. March 8, Trinity Family Worship, 500 E. Poplar, Fort Gibson.
