Things to do – Festivals 1.11.13

— SOUL FOOD COOK-OFF FESTIVAL, Jan. 17-20. Events take place at the Roxy Theater and the Muskogee Civic Center. Jan. 17 is the premier of the Soul Food Junkies at 7 p.m. at the Roxy. Jan. 18 is R&B Year Book featuring Starr Fisher at the Roxy. Jan. 19 is the Soul Food Cook Off at the Civic Center. Jan. 20 is a gospel show featuring Pamela Wiley and various choirs at the Roxy.
