Guard units take part in parades

— OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma Army National Guard soldiers are taking part in Veterans Day parades and ceremonies across the state this weekend.

Soldiers with the 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team in Norman; the 45th Fires Brigade in Mustang, and the 90th Troop Command in Oklahoma City are joining ceremonies Sunday and Monday.

The 1st Battalion, 179th Infantry, marched in the Stillwater Veterans Day Parade at noon Sunday and the Brigade Special Troops Battalion marched in a parade in Norman on Sunday afternoon.

On Monday, members of the Infantry Brigade Combat Team are to march in a parade in Chandler and members of the 120th Engineer Battalion of the 90th Troop Command will take part in the Midwest City Veterans Day Parade.
