OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A second teenager has been arrested in the suspected gang-related shooting death of a 17-year-old boy in the parking lot of an events center in northwest Oklahoma City.
Police say 18-year-old Orlando J. Smith was arrested Friday on a first-degree murder complaint in the Nov. 28 shooting death of Dejontae Durham outside the Portland Events Center.
Eighteen-year-old Tracey Tyler Humphrey was arrested on a similar complaint Tuesday, and police say they believe other suspects were involved.
Formal charges have not been filed, and jail officials say they don't know if either Humphrey or Smith have retained an attorney.
