OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A first-degree murder warrant was issued Tuesday for an Oklahoma City man accused of stabbing his brother to death during a fight.
Authorities say 49-year-old Harold Stelly got into a fight Thursday with his brother, 45-year-old James Stelly, because he thought his brother had brought a drug dealer to their mother's house. A probable cause affidavit says James Stelly was stabbed four times in the chest.
Harold Stelly is also accused of assault with a dangerous weapon for allegedly trying to stab a woman who was at his brother's house.
Harold Stelly later called police and turned himself in, and police found a knife. James Stelly died later that night.
Court records did not indicate whether Stelly had an attorney.
