NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Police in Norman have arrested a third suspect in the death of a man whose body was found in a burned car in east Norman.
Police say in a news release that 36-year-old Michael Anthony Shields of Oklahoma City was arrested Monday night for first-degree murder in the death of 46-year-old Julian Ramirez Cazarez.
It was not immediately clear whether he yet has an attorney.
Cazarez's body was found Nov. 15 in the trunk of the burned car. The state medical examiner's office says he died from strangulation.
