OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma City police detectives recovered knives, shell casings, ammunition and a small amount of marijuana inside a burned out home where the bodies of four people were found shot to death.
In a search warrant affidavit filed Wednesday in Oklahoma County, police say they also recovered a digital scale, baggies and identification belonging to one of the victims, 22-year-old Brooke Phillips, a prostitute featured on the HBO reality series "Cathouse."
Also killed were 22-year-old Milagrous Barrerra, 25-year-old Jennifer Lynn Ermey of Edmond and 32-year-old Casey Mark Barrientos of Oklahoma City. Police identified Ermey and Barrientos on Wednesday.
Former Marine David Allen Tyner was arrested Tuesday on six murder complaints, because authorities say Barrerra and Phillips were pregnant.
