OWASSO, Okla. (AP) — An Owasso man has been arrested for threatening to blow up a health center in Rogers County if workers didn't give him drugs.
Joel Deubler is being held on one count of making a telephone bomb threat.
Authorities say Deubler threatened the Grand Lake Mental Health Center with plastic explosives.
It was not clear whether Deubler had yet hired an attorney.
