TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Tulsa police have arrested a suspect in the shooting of a man found dead in the courtyard of an apartment complex.
Police arrested 23-year-old Tyrone Fails early Sunday morning in the shooting, which happened at the Tulsa Polo Club apartments. Police haven't identified the victim.
Police say Fails and the victim spent the evening together and got into an argument. According to a police report, Fails said the victim started banging on the outside of the apartment door. Police said Fails allegedly opened the door and shot the victim without saying anything.
