HEALDTON, Okla. (AP) — Police in Healdton say a 37-year-old woman charged with raping a 13-year-old boy said she initially thought the boy was 16.
Diana Kay Mills is charged with first-degree rape and contributing to the delinquency of minors.
Police Chief Gus Handke says the boy told police Mills gave him and a 15-year-old alcohol and prescription drugs. Handke says Mills confessed to having sex only with the 13-year-old.
It was not clear whether Mills had yet hired an attorney.
