OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma City police say a man accused of using his cell phone to photograph a young girl inside a Wal Mart was arrested when officers found child pornography on the phone.
Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow says police were called Tuesday night by a woman who was in the store with her two daughters and a granddaughter. Wardlow says one of the children had reported a man taking photos of her with a cell phone.
Wardlow says officers found 43-year-old James Harvey inside the store and he allowed them to look at his phone where the officers saw photos of the girl and of several naked young girls.
Harvey was arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography and is in the Oklahoma County jail on $20,000 bond.
