MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) — A Hughes County man has been sentenced to six months home detention and five years probation for workers' compensation fraud.
U.S. Attorney Sheldon Sperling says 62-year-old Benny Little of Stuart was also ordered to pay $140,147 in restitution when he was sentenced Wednesday in federal court in Muskogee.
Sperling says from October 2003 until August 2008 Little operated a hay-cutting business and worked as a security guard while also receiving federal workers' compensation pay.
