OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A Midwest City woman has died after she swerved on Interstate 35 to avoid a refrigerator in the roadway.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 53-year-old Maria Torres was killed in the crash around 7:30 last night.
The highway patrol says Torres and two passengers were thrown from the 2000 Chevrolet Tracker as it rolled over four times. The passengers were both hospitalized.
OHP says none of the three were wearing seat belts.
