OSBI seeks public help in slaying of Clinton woman

— CLINTON (AP) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is asking for public assistance as agents investigate the shooting death of a woman in Clinton.

The OSBI was asked by Clinton police to help investigate the Dec. 27 death of Jessica Kaulay, 35, and the wounding of Shawn Patrick Spottedwolf.

Agents said in a news release Monday that they are searching for a person who took an injured person to Clinton Regional Hospital shortly after Kaulay was shot.

The OSBI said only that the person is believed to be a witness to Kaulay's death.
