Murder charges filed in shooting at OKC Target

— OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Prosecutors have filed first-degree murder charges against a man accused of fatally shooting another man in the parking lot of an Oklahoma City Target.

Prosecutors filed the charges Friday against David Bloebaum, 57.

Bloebaum is accused in the Sept. 28 fatal shooting of Jasen Yousif of Edmond. Investigators tell Oklahoma City television station KOCO that road rage may have played a role in the shooting. Master Sgt. Gary Knight says both men were driving aggressively and that one appeared to be chasing the other.

An affidavit says video surveillance shows Yousif trying to run away in the parking lot but falling after he was shot.

Bloebaum was also charged with two counts of carrying a firearm. Court records do not list an attorney for him.
