Armed man robs Eakly bank

EAKLY, Okla. (AP) — Authorities are looking for a man who held up a bank in Eakly with a rifle.

The FBI says a man wearing a mask walked into the Bank of Hyrdo about 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Authorities say he pointed the rifle at bank employees and demanded cash.

He gathered the money in a cloth bag and left the bank. No one was hurt.

The robber fled the scene in a 2002- to 2004 model white Chevrolet truck with an Oklahoma State University sticker in the back window. Authorities say the truck was a single cab with a long bed and very muddy.

The robber was described as a thin, white male in his 20s who is about 6 feet tall.

He was wearing coveralls and tennis shoes.
