LAWTON, Okla. (AP) — A 19-year-old U.S. Marine based at Fort Sill is in the Comanche County Jail on a rape charge.
Logan Combs was charged Wednesday with first-degree rape for allegedly having sex with a 12-year-old sixth-grade girl.
Combs is being held on $30,000 bond. Court documents do not say whether he has an attorney.
Court documents say several Marines may have had sex or committed lewd acts with the girl.
