FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Marshawn Powell had season highs of 21 points and 10 rebounds as Arkansas rolled to a 89-60 win over Florida A&M.
Powell, who missed all but two games last season with a torn ACL in his right knee, was 8 of 14 shooting in 22 minutes of action Tuesday. The junior had four dunks and a pair of blocks to help the Razorbacks (3-0) remain undefeated.
Rickey Scott added 13 points as five players finished in double figures for Arkansas, which held the Rattlers (0-4) scoreless for nearly seven minutes in the second half to put the game out of reach. The Razorbacks scored 32 points off 22 Florida A&M turnovers.
Reggie Lewis led the Rattlers with 15 points, while Muhammed Abdul-Aleem had 14 and Jamari Bradshaw 13.
