Northeastern State will serve as one of the host sites for the NCAA Division II men’s soccer championship round of 16 and quarterfinals on Friday and Sunday, respectively. The RiverHawks earned the top seed in Super Region 3 and will be competing in the NCAA Round of 16 for the first time in school history.
The action begins at 4 p.m. Friday with Rockhurst meeting Saginaw Valley State. The second match of the day pits NSU against Fort Hays State at 7 p.m.
The winners of Friday’s matches will meet at 1 p.m. Sunday with the winner advancing to the Elite Eight.
