NORMAN (AP) — Oklahoma basketball coach Jeff Capel says he’s settled on at least part of his starting lineup for this season.
Blake Griffin and guards Tony Crocker and Austin Johnson will be a part of the starting five, but Capel said Tuesday that he’s still determining who the other starters will be.
The Sooners lost starting forward Longar Longar and starting guard David Godbold from last year’s team that advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament.
Griffin’s older brother, Taylor Griffin, has the most starting experience of the other Sooners and McDonald’s All-American guard Willie Warren could also factor into the mix.
