MULDROW 79, STIGLER 45 – The Panthers fell behind by 28 points at the half and could not gain any ground in the loss.
Seth Sandlin led Stigler (6-9) with nine points. Muldrow was led by Daryl Nichols with 23 points.
SALLISAW 49, CHECOTAH 42 – The Wildcats had to resort to fouling Sallisaw late in the game and watched as Sallisaw made its free throws to pull away.
Checotah (2-16) was led by Braylon Warrior with 13 points while Leland Walker finished with 12.
Girls
MULDROW 46, STIGLER 37 – The Lady Panthers could not contain Muldrow in the second half in suffering the loss.
Stigler (6-10) was tied at halftime at 24-24. The Lady Panthers had two players finish in double figures, led by Halie Turrentine’s 13 points and Brook Hurst’s 11.
Muldrow also had two players finish in double figures with Emily Martin scoring 11 and Hannah Peterson with 10 points.
SALLISAW at CHECOTAH – No results were reported at press time.
