Fort Gibson’s Wesley Jackson was the only golfer to break par on Sunday to capture the boys 15-18 bracket of the Heritage Hills Fall Roundup of the Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour at Heritage Hills Golf Course in Claremore.
Jackson, who entered the final day in a four-way tie for first, shot a one-under 70 to go with his opening round of 71 for a two-day total of 141, three strokes ahead of Owasso’s Casey Paul. Alexander Hughes of Tulsa and Chris Karlovich of Broken Arrow, who were tied with Jackson and Paul at the beginning of the day, carded a 74 and 75, respectively, to finish fifth and sixth.
On the girls side, Oktaha’s Kailey Campbell finished second in the girl’s 12-18 bracket. Campbell started the day in a tie for fourth at 76 and shot a 73 to end the tournament with a total of 149, three strokes behind Anna Kim of Broken Arrow.
