HASKELL — Dalton Cefalone, a outfielder-pitcher for the Haskell High School baseball outfielder, will sign a scholarship today to play for Mid-American Christian University in Oklahoma City. The Evangels, an NAIA schooll, are 6-29 for the season.
Against Lincoln Christian earlier this month, Cefalone had four hits including three three-run home runs and drove in 10 runs in the 16-6 victory.
Haskell is 10-7 for the season and ranked No. 20 in the Okrankings.com Class 3A poll this week.
Cefalone was also a standout in basketball, averaging 15 points, four assists and four steals per game in earning selection to All-Phoenix Team.
