SWEET POTATO PIE
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups cooked, sweet potatoes
Mix all ingredients until runny.
Taste the mixture to make sure it is sweet enough.
If not add more sugar to taste.
Pour into a ready-made pie crust and bake at 350° until done.
