CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices Virginia baked deli ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
Cream cheese
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Eggs
Preheat oven to 350°.
Pound the chicken breasts flat with heavy blunt object.
Place a slice of ham on the chicken, then add the Swiss cheese.
Add a dab of cream cheese and roll the chicken up.
Use toothpicks if needed.
Dip the chicken roll into the bowl of beaten eggs and then roll into the bread crumbs to coat.
Place in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
