Apple Salad
Combine in a large bowl:
4 small apples, chopped
1 (8-oz.) tub fat-free whipped topping
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 (20-oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 small box sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding (vanilla or white chocolate)
Mix and chill.
Makes 12 servings. Two Weight Watcher points per 1/2 cup.
