Three from area on Rimington list

— Oklahoma’s Ben Habern, Tulsa’s Trent Dupy and Arkansas’ Travis Swanson have been named to the Rimington Award Watch List, it was announced Tuesday.

The award goes to the top center in college football.

Habern started all 14 games in 2010, gaining All-Big 12 honorable mention, but an arm injury limited the senior to six starts a year ago when he compiled 39 knockdowns on 391 snaps

Dupy, a senior, started has started all but two games in his career and graded over 80 percent in 13 games last season. Swanson, a junior, has started in all 26 games of his career
