This year Ronnie Pevehouse has the opportunity to be re-elected as District 2 County Commissioner. Ronnie did an outstanding job in his first term. I can’t recall at anytime, so much work being done on the county roads including the last four years. During Ronnie’s four year in office the county employees reminded me of ants on an ant hill. I would see county trucks and equipment out working shortly after 7 a.m. making improvements throughout the district. They were very impressive.
Ronnie had the insight when we were struck by the 2006 ice storm to take advantage of his resources and clear over 400 miles of brush and debris from county roads, saving the county thousands of dollars.
Ronnie will get the most out of every county dollar. Each district receives roughly $50,000 a month extra from our county sales tax. With these extra funds there is no telling what type of improvements he could make in the next four years. I would like to encourage you to vote for Ronnie Pevehouse on Aug. 28. He truly cares about our safety and well being, we’ve all seen what can be done.
