THE FAMILY of Mary Lee Lewis gratefully acknowledges each expression of kindness and sympathy shown to us during our loss. Expressions of cards, flowers, food, prayers, visits, phone calls, texts, hugs, and words of comfort have warmed our hearts.
We give special thanks to Pastor Lester Beasley, his membership and staff at Harvest Ministries for the use of their church for the homegoing service. Thank you to the pastor and members of Flipper Chapel A.M.E. Church in Taft, the brothers of Trinity Lodge #84 Prince Hall Masons, daughters of Hira Court #155, and Ted Ragsdale and staff at the Ragsdale Funeral Center. We love you all and your kindness will forever be cherished.

WE WOULD like to take this opportunity to thank Garrett’s Funeral Home and all of our family and friends. The many calls, cards, memorials, flowers and food were all greatly appreciated, especially the prayers. Our family has been truly blessed by the outpour of love and support of this community.
A special thank you to Bob Sunday, a dear and lifelong friend, for giving Debbie’s eulogy, Rev. Steve and Debbie Dennis and the First Baptist Church of Checotah for such a beautiful memorial service.
There are no words to express our gratitude for our volunteer firefighters and emergency medical personnel who worked tirelessly that entire day. Please know that you are always in our prayers for the work you do. This also includes the local, county and state law enforcement agencies who worked so quickly and professionally, with their delicate handling of this tragic situation and their continued dedication to leave no stone unturned to find the answers and give us closure.
