Iona M. Eutsler, 72, was born January 19, 1937 to George J. and Margaret (Buss) Buesing in Gothenburg, NB and passed from this earth on October 25, 2009. She was a daycare owner and attended Kingdom Hall.
Iona was preceded in death by her husband Walter Gerald Eutsler; her father George Buesing; one brother Kenneth Buesing; one daughter Danielle Mitchell and one granddaughter Daniel Dawn Mitchell.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include her mother Margaret Buesing of Gothenburg, NB; one daughter, Margo Shanks and husband Steven of Checotah; two sons Rodney Mitchell and wife Joy of Kearney, NB and Clifford Mitchell; 1 sister Francis Junker; 1 brother Darrel and wife Lucy Buesing all of Gothenburg, NB; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Memorial services for Iona will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hampton Memorial Chapel, Checotah, Ok with the Rev. Steve Dennis officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Hampton Mortuary, Checotah 918-473-6821.
