Funeral services for William Lee Brown, 30, of Muskogee, OK, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2009 at Fort Gibson National Cemetery with Reverend Selton Cartwright officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
William Lee Brown was born June 8, 1979 in Fort Smith, AR, the son of Bobby Dean and Rebecca Lee (Jones) Brown and died October 24, 2009 in Muskogee. He served in the U.S. Army and came home to unite his family on December 5, 2008 with Tiffany Wiedel in Muskogee. He served his country proudly. Not only did he protect his children, parents and family, he protected his country with his whole heart. His family was very proud of what he brought to each and every person he touched. He attended New Community Church.
Survivors include his wife, Tiffany Brown of the home; five children, Tristan Wiedel, Breanna Brown, Brittany Brown, Autumn Brown and Trace Wiedel; his parents, Bobby and Rebecca Brown of Muskogee; two sisters, Jennifier Cartwright and husband Ricky of Oktaha, Cynthia Coleman of Muskogee; one brother, Bobby Dean Brown, Jr. of Tahlequah.
A trust fund has been created for his children at Armstrong Bank on behalf of Tiffany Wiedel.
