Jimmie Lorene Thomas, age 70, of Muskogee passed away November 18, 2012 at Solara Hospital. She was born January 9, 1942 to Jim Williams and Lorene (Templeton) Williams in Bartlesville, OK. She is preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, one son Rusty Thomas of Muskogee; one brother O.C. Russell of Cleveland, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jimmie was retired from Muskogee Public Schools. She worked several years for City Vending, First National Bank, and The Education Center in Muskogee.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, November 26, 2012 at the First Baptist Church Chapel with Pastor Bill Crow officiating under the direction of Hibbs Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Toby Brantley, Jamie Hibbs, Jeff Payton, Ross Eaton, Gary Garner, and Rodney Faith. Special song by Gene Ball. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum.
