Dale Edmond Roberts

1955 - 2012

Dale Edmond Roberts, 57, a lifelong resident of Muskogee passed away November 22, 2012 in Muskogee.  He was born September 29, 1955 to Clifford and Lela (Todd) Roberts.  He grew up and attended Muskogee Public Schools, where he graduated from high school in 1973.  He served his country with two tours of duty in the United States Navy.  After his honorable discharge from the United States Navy, he worked at ACME Engineering for over 20 years as a Storage Clerk.  Later after Dale left ACME, he became a truck driver, of which he enjoyed immensely.  He enjoyed collecting what he called ‘interesting things.’  His hobbies included fishing and collecting antique cameras.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents.  

Survivors include: two sons, Daniel Roberts and wife Laura of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Michael Roberts and wife Eileen of Muskogee; one daughter Elizabeth Kerns of Muskogee; his children’s mother, Sharon Roberts-Raaen of Muskogee; six grandchildren, Sean, Skylynn, Joe, Chloe, Gwen, Jayarre, and Alexea; two goddaughters, Gail Vaughn and Gea Berry; one brother, Darrell Roberts and wife Susan of Muskogee; three sisters, Charlotte and husband Lewis Watkins of Muskogee; Yvonne Luckie of Norman, OK; Susan and husband Larry Casteel of Muskogee; numerous other family members and friends.

Memorial Services will be announced at a future date.

Cremation services  provided by Cornerstone Funeral Home.
