John Vernon McLemore, 84, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in Muskogee, OK. He was born August 11, 1928 in Dallas, TX to John and Ora (Jacobs) McLemore. He worked many years for Marshall Supply Company, and after his retirement he worked for Walmart in Pryor. John was an avid golfer and an active member of the Seniors Club at Pryor Creek.
He is survived by his son, Lewis McLemore of Muskogee; grandsons, James McLemore of Tulsa, John McLemore of Tulsa, Jeremy McLemore of Tulsa; and four great granddaughters. John was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sylvia Miller.
Services will be held Friday, March 8, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Bradley Belltower Chapel.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Bradley Family Funeral Service.
