Patsy Ann Campbell was born September 18, 1964, in Stigler, Oklahoma to Eugene Lafay and Phyllis June (Lynn) Murphy. She married Robert Todd Campbell May 15, 2006, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
She passed away February 27, 2013, in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, at the age of 48.
She is survived by her husband, Robert of the home; 2 daughters, Andrea Henderson of Warner, Oklahoma and Heather Ford and husband Kyle of Muskogee, Oklahoma; 2 sons, Ethan Campbell of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Briar Campbell of Warner, Oklahoma; 3 grandchildren, Racee, Cruz and Revyn Henderson; mother, Phyllis June Gullett of Warner, Oklahoma; 1 brother, Larry Murphy of Warner, Oklahoma; 1 sister, Shelley Teague of Warner, Oklahoma; mother-in-law and father -in-law, Mary and Ford Campbell. She was preceded in death by her father; first husband, John Eader and step father, Donald Gullett.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Lighthouse Tabernacle, Gore, Oklahoma with Reverend Bill Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow at Warner Memorial Cemetery, Warner, Oklahoma, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Gore, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers are Greg Towe, Joe Wright, Robert Campbell, Raybert Downing, Kyle Ford, and Chad Eader. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ethan Campbell and Briar Campbell.
