Michael Shane Smith, 38, of Stillwater, formerly of Muskogee, died Wednesday, November 14, 2012.
Shane graduated Muskogee High school before attending the University
of Oklahoma where he graduated. He was active in Kappa Sigma fraternity. Shane worked a number of years as a pharmaceutical rep and also owned several businesses.
Shane was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Dewitt T. Baltzle and Joe B. Smith of Muskogee.
He is survived by his mother, Suzan Tackett of Stillwater; father, David Smith of Wyoming; brother, Sean Smith of Joplin, MO; grandmother, Lucille Smith of Muskogee and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 19, 2012 at Boulevard Christian Church with Mr. Steve Moss officiating. Interment will follow in Greenhill Cemetery.
