Mary Cathryn Craig-Walker

1946-2013

— Mary C. Walker, 67, died Thursday February 14, 2013 at her home in Tahlequah. She was born on December 14, 1946 in Muskogee, OK. Mary was the daughter of Levi T. Rodgers-Craig and was the youngest of ten children; six brothers Vann Craig, Thomas Dewey Craig, Danny Craig, Bill Craig, James Craig and Jack and Jenny Craig; two sisters Elaine Craig and Ella May Craig. She was married to Elmer Leeroy Walker, Sr. for forty-three years and they had eight children.

She is survived by one sister Barbara Craig of California; daughter Darlene Walker of Muskogee; Gloria Walker and Frank Taylor of Muskogee; Elmer Leeroy Jr. and Teresa Walker of Tahlequah; Valerie and Sidney McCullum of Tahlequah; Cheryl and Herman Pierce of Muskogee; Donna and Lanny Wineberger of Muskogee; Kathryn Graves of Muskogee; Owen and Patricia Walker of Muskogee; Mary was the grandmother of thirty-eight grandchildren and great grandmother of thirty-one great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday February 19, 2013 at Three Rivers Cemetery in Okay, OK.

Funeral service arrangements are under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home.
