Memorial services for John Archie Reeves, Jr., 39, of Ponca City, OK will be at 2:00 PM Monday, November 26, 2012 at Gum Springs Freewill Baptist Church at Gore, OK with Reverend James Rice officiating. Burial will be in Gum Springs Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls.
John was born January 27, 1973 in Muskogee, the son of John Archie Reeves and Brenda Sue (Sands) Reeves and died Friday, November 23, 2012 at Ponca City, OK.
John graduated from Gore High School and worked as a waiter. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lilly Viola Smith, and grandfather, Eules Reeves.
Survivors include his wife, Alechia Reeves of Tulsa; father and step-mother, John Archie Reeves, Sr. and Susan Reeves of Gore; mother Brenda Reeves of Muldrow, OK; three sisters, Lisa Kay Ellis of Webbers Falls, Tammy Robinson and husband Joe of Durant, Brandy Blackwell and husband, Poly of Muldrow; grandmother, Marie Reeves of Gore; grandfather, Leeman “Fuzzy” Sands of Muldrow; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
