Audra C. Stacks-Olshen

1966-2013

Audra C. Stacks-Olshen, 46, of Muskogee, OK died Wednesday January 23, 2013 in Muskogee, OK. She was born on December 28, 1966 in Lake Jackson, Texas to John Calvin and Stephanie (Clark) Stacks. Audra grew up and attended school in Lake Jackson and graduated from Bruzoswood High School and matriculated to UTMB. She later graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Audra met and was married to Dr. Andrew Olshen and together lived in many different areas before coming to Muskogee working with her husband in his medical practice. As a person of caring in her occupation, she had a great love of all animals.

Audra is survived by her husband Dr. Andrew Olshen of the home; father and mother Calvin and Stephanie Stacks of Lake Jackson, TX; brother Brian Stacks and his wife Lori of Pearland, TX and their children Kyle and Kara Stacks; paternal grandmother Betty Stacks of Freeport, TX; maternal grandmother Anna Clark of Lake Jackson, TX.

As a true animal lover, in lieu of flowers friends of Audra may send donations to P.A.W.S., P.O. Box 1525, Muskogee, OK 74402.

A visitation will be on Monday January 28, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Bradley Funeral Service and a memorial service will begin at 2:00 PM in the Bradley Belltower Chapel.
