Terry Allen McCleland

1959 - 2012

— Terry Allen McCleland age 53, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Saturday December 29, 2012.  He was born December 17, 1959 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Floyd T. McCleland and Agnes McCleland.  Terry grew up in Muskogee and graduated from MHS in 1979. After graduating school he enlisted into the United States Air Force, where he served 4 years with honor and pride. Terry enjoyed watching football, especially his Dallas Cowboys.

He also loved playing games and fishing with his family and friends. His family always came first, something he learned from his mother and father.  Terry also worked hard in manufacturing and security. He enjoyed meeting new people and doing different things.

He was preceded in death by his father Floyd T. McCleland and his father-in-law George "Jack" Stretch and mother-in-law Mary J. Stretch. Terry is survived by his wife Dottie M. McCleland, married for 26 years, of Muskogee; two sons, Terry A. McCleland II and wife Jessica Morgan of Muskogee  and Aaron J. McCleland of Houston TX; grandchildren Jaxx Damet and Emma McCleland of Muskogee; mother Agnes McCleland of Muskogee; brother Floyd T. McCleland of Foyil; sister Karen Rowan and husband Dale of Skiatook; numerous nephews, nieces and many family and friends that he loved dearly.

Funeral Services will be held at New Life Center in Muskogee at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday January 3, 2013.

Interment will follow at National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, OK.
