Clinton G. Woods, 33, entered into eternal peace in the loving arms of our Savior Jesus Christ Wednesday November 7, 2012 in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Clint is survived by his loving wife Julie of four years. They were married on February 9, 2008 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

He was born on February 15, 1979, in Bakersfield, California and at the age of two his family moved back to the Muskogee area where attended school in Fort Gibson. Later, Clint moved to Muskogee where he earned his certification as a Journeyman Electrician and worked for several companies in Vian and Tulsa and recently for ICO in Muskogee. Clint was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. Clint was a very kind and gentle soul; he was a protector of his family and friends and always had a loving and generous heart, always giving to others.

Clint enjoyed sports, especially football, as well as movies, but most of all his top priority was in being a great husband and father. By his life, Clint has inspired family and friends that are left behind to enjoy life, be good to their neighbors, strive for success and keep faith and hope alive, but number one, to know the God he knew.

Clint leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his wife Julie of Muskogee, stepson Landon Gauger and daughter Mabrey Woods; parents Gary and Joan Woods; sisters Samantha Woods and husband Randy; Shelley Jackson and husband Mark; mother and father-in law Mike and Pat Kennedy; brothers-in law Greg Kennedy and wife Katie, Shawn Kennedy and wife Shelley, several aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Matt Davis, Andy Ray, Jason Cragg, Chris Cobb, Steve Hites and Josh Ryan. Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Kennedy, Shawn Kennedy, Joshua Woods, Justin Hamilton, Bobby Sherbourne, Free Kennedy and Aaron Cragg.

Services will be Thursday November 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM at New Hope Baptist Church with Reverend Stephen Alexander officiating. Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund for Clint Woods has been set up at Bank of Oklahoma, 215 State Street, Muskogee, OK 74401 (918) 686-5900.
