Attorneys met Tuesday afternoon in Wagoner County District Court for a preliminary discussion in the case of Ervin F. Mykitin. He is charged with the Aug. 17 murder of Billy Lee in Okay. His court-appointed attorney and the district attorney’s office decided to have another preliminary discussion at 3 p.m. Sept. 14.
