A Muskogee man was charged Tuesday for allegedly holding up a gas station with a handgun.
Willie Deyon Washington, 20, was charged with robbery with a weapon for allegedly robbing the Pop-N-Go gas station at 609 S. Junction St. on Nov. 14.
Washington was arrested Friday at 2301 Denver Ave.
Washington is held at the Muskogee County/City Detention Center on $200,000 bond. Washington is due in court at 10 a.m. Dec. 4 for a sounding docket to set a date for his preliminary hearing.
Police said Washington entered the Pop-N-Go gas station at 7 p.m. Nov. 14 with a “Halloween-type clown mask” on his head and a handgun.
