An Amber Alert has been issued by Bixby Police for a 4-year-old boy.
Justice Poindexter was last seen at 11807 S. 87th E. Ave., at approximately 4 p.m. Monday.
Police believe he is with Natasha Hoch, 31, who is the child’s roommate. Both are Caucasian. Police also believe they are in a gold four-door 2001 Honda Civic with Oklahoma license plate 712DFD. Police do not have a direction of travel.
