A Muskogee man accused of murder was ordered to appear on the June 14 felony disposition docket.
John Eldridge Cone Jr. is accused of shooting Skyler Brewer, 26, on Sept. 6 outside a house in the 2000 block of West Broadway.
Cone, 18, was arrested the next day. He was ordered bound over for trial Jan. 11 after the third day of his preliminary hearing.
